absolutely the best customer service. the supervisor, Leticia made sure my kids and I had a safe ride to the hotel from the airport when my flight was to arrive late and later was delayed. my ride communicated with me and waited for my kids and I as a result. furthermore Leticia made sure we had an easy time checking in late at night and extended our stay the next day as she wanted to make sure we were well rested and got the service and stay we had paid for. the facility was impeccably clean, rooms were large and bathroom modern and clean. thank you Leticia and staff, we had a fantastic stay!

So many things to love! Great location, no need to rent a car, walked everywhere. The Restaurant in the hotel!!!! We ate there 5 times in 3 days. Southern cuisine done right!!!! The bar knows what they’re doing too. Our room was very clean, well purposed and best of all…..quiet! Definitely will stay here Everytime we come to Charlottesville! Can’t speak highly enough and I’m a pickle to please

What a wonderful boutique hotel- friendly staff, excellent location in the heart of things, super comfie beds in clean rooms with different decor- more Luke a five star hotel for a moderate price. No breakfast included but the restaurant on site was a gourmet delight and an unexpected treat on our road trip.

Love the decor and our room. Like the small sectional in our room too. Restaurant was very good and served the best grits! Convenient location to UVA. Liked the fact that you had housekeeping services too, instead of blaming Covid for a lack of housekeeping service.
